Please note voucher is applicable for Plaza Premium Lounges operating in Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Singapore and Sydney only. Customers flying from other eligible Australian cities may use their Australian lounge voucher at these lounges at any time within their validity period of up to 12 months.

Shower facilities and amenities are not included. Entry is subject to lounge capacity at the time of in person redemption.

Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the Mastercard x Plaza Premium Lounge Voucher Offer for Australia (the “Promotion”) organised by Singapore Airlines (“SIA”).

  1. The Promotion is applicable to all KrisFlyer members (“Participants”).
  2. The Promotion will be available from 2 July 2026, 0000hrs (AEST) to 23 July 2026, 2359hrs (AEST) (the “Promotional Period”).
  3. An “Eligible Transaction” refers to the purchase and usage of air travel tickets for flights operated and marketed by Singapore Airlines that satisfies the following criteria:
    1. the tickets are for return travel on a single booking purchased on singaporeair.com or Singapore Airlines mobile app during the Promotional Period (itinerary originating from Australia);
    2. the date of travel on the tickets falls between 23 August 2026 and 8 August 2027 (inclusive of both dates);
    3. the tickets are not First, Business, Premium Economy Class or Economy Class redemption bookings made with KrisFlyer miles;
    4. the booking is paid for using a valid Mastercard credit or debit card;
    5. the destination booked is one of the following (“Eligible Destinations”): Brussels (BRU), Cebu (CEB), Colombo (CMB), Davao (DVO), Ho Chi Minh City (SGN), Phnom Penh (KTI), Phu Quoc (PQC), Qingdao (TAO), Siem Reap (SAI), Vienna (VIE). For avoidance of doubt, Eligible Destinations may be operated on eligible flight combinations under Singapore Airlines (SQ) and/or Scoot (TR).
  4. After making an Eligible Transaction, the Participant must submit a redemption form (available online at https://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/au/self-service/mastercard-offer-redemption) to apply to receive the complimentary Plaza Premium Lounge vouchers (“Vouchers”). This form will request from the Participant details on their Eligible Transaction, including booking reference number, primary passenger’s first name, last name, e-mail address, and KrisFlyer member number.
  5. Only one (1) redemption submission may be made per eligible booking reference (“PNR”). Where a redemption submission is made for a PNR, Vouchers will be issued only for the Participants indicated in the submission and verified by SIA. Each Participant is entitled to receive the Vouchers only once under this Promotion in respect of that PNR.
  6. Vouchers are limited to only the first 100 eligible and verified Participants who have made an Eligible Transaction and completed the redemption form also by 23 July 2026. Submission of the redemption form does not guarantee fulfilment.
  7. The Vouchers will be emailed to the eligible Participant’s email no later than 17 August 2026.
  8. The Vouchers received are not transferrable. Vouchers are effective from 23 August 2026 and expire on 22 August 2027. Unused and/or expired Vouchers will be forfeited and will not be replaced.
  9. Subject to successful verification, each eligible Participant will receive Vouchers for lounge access only (shower access not included) as follows:
    1. Australia Voucher: one (1) single-entry Plaza Premium Lounge voucher for use at Plaza Premium Lounges located at Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney International Airport, for up to two (2) hours of lounge use per entry; and
    2. Singapore Voucher: one (1) single-entry Plaza Premium Lounge voucher for use at Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 1, for up to three (3) hours of lounge use per entry.
  10. Lounge access is subject to lounge availability at the time of visit. Pre-booking is not available for these Vouchers. Lounge access is provided in accordance with Plaza Premium Lounge’s terms, operating policies and capacity restrictions.   11. Children aged below 2 years may enter without a Voucher, subject to Plaza Premium Lounge policies. Travellers aged 2 years and above require a Voucher for lounge entry. All infants and children must be accompanied by an adult aged above 18 years old at all times.
  12. By participating in the Promotion, each Participant agrees to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions, SIA’s conditions of use of website (found at https://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/au/global_footer/conditions-of-use-website/) and SIA’s Privacy Policy (found at https://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/au/global_footer/privacy-policy/), and the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions (collectively, “SIA Terms & Conditions”, found at https://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/au/ppsclub-krisflyer/termsconditions-kf/). A Participant may be disqualified from participating in the Promotion, and have any Vouchers awarded under the Promotion forfeited, withheld, or withdrawn, if the Participant commits:
    1. a material breach of the SIA Terms & Conditions; or
    2. any other breach of the SIA Terms & Conditions which is:
      1. not capable of being remedied; or
      2. is capable of being remedied, but is not remedied within 10 business days of written notice from SIA notifying the Participant of the breach and requesting that it be remedied.
  13. SIA reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants and to reject any redemption registration that is incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible.
  14. SIA may vary these terms and conditions, terminate or otherwise amend this Promotion (including amendments to the eligible flight sectors, and Promotion Period) by providing at least 30 days' prior notice, in which case the variation will only apply from the date specified by SIA and, in any event, will not apply retrospectively or affect Vouchers for Eligible Transactions entered into by you prior to the variation taking effect. In some limited circumstances, SIA may need to vary these terms and conditions, terminate or otherwise amend this Promotion (including amendments to the eligible flight sectors, and Promotion Period) without providing at least 30 days' prior notice, in which case:
    1. SIA will provide as much advance notice of the variation as is reasonably practicable in the circumstances; and
    2. the variation must either:
      1. not be likely to result in material detriment to you;
      2. be required by law; or
      3. be reasonably necessary due to unexpected or operational issues beyond the reasonable control of SIA and/or to protect the infrastructure, systems, data, security or assets of SIA and/or your personal information (e.g. due to a cyber incident or other unauthorised access).
  15. SIA reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants. The death of a Participant automatically disqualifies his/her entry.
  16. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under any applicable laws, including the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. To the extent permitted under applicable law (including the Australian Consumer Law), SIA will not be responsible or liable for any consequences that any Participant may suffer (including without limitation any damage, loss or injury) by participating in the Promotion, except to the extent that any such consequences, damage, loss or injury are caused or contributed to by SIA.
  17. Unless otherwise specified, SIA is not responsible for and will not bear any and all expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred in the participation in the Promotion and/or with the use or redemption of the Vouchers.
  18. A person who is not a party to these Promotion Terms and Conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) to enforce any of these Promotion Terms and Conditions.
  19. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
