Singapore Airlines Season of Togetherness Kris+ Offer (12 Feb 2026 to 20 Feb 2026)
Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions govern the Feb’26 Season of Togetherness Offer for Australia (the “Promotion”) organised by Kris+ Pte. Ltd. (“Kris+”). This promotion will be carried out on the Kris+ mobile application (“Kris+ App”).
- The Promotion is applicable to all KrisFlyer members (“Participants”) who have downloaded and logged into the Kris+ App by 20 February 2026.
- The Challenge will be available from 12 February 2026, 0000hrs (AEDT) to 20 February 2026, 2359hrs (AEDT) (the “Promotional Period”).
- An “Eligible Transaction” refers to the purchase and usage of air travel tickets for flights operated and marketed by Singapore Airlines that satisfies the following criteria:
- the tickets are for return travel for at least 2 passengers on a single booking purchased during the Promotional Period from Australia;
- the date of travel on the tickets falls between 01 March 2026 and 13 June 2026 (inclusive of both dates);
- the tickets are not First, Business, Premium Economy Class or Economy Class redemption bookings made with KrisFlyer miles.
- After making an Eligible Transaction, the Participant has to submit to a redemption form (available online at https://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/au/self-service/krisplus-redemption) to apply to receive 5,888 KrisPay miles (worth AUD58.88) (“Rebate”). This form will request from the Participant details on their Eligible Transaction, including booking reference number, primary passenger’s first name, last name, e-mail address, and KrisFlyer member number.
- One only KrisFlyer member is eligible to receive the Rebate after making an Eligible Transaction, and only once during the Promotional Period.
- The Rebate is only limited to only the first 200 Participants who have made an Eligible Transaction, logged into Kris+ by 20 February 2026 and completed the redemption form also by 20 February 2026.
- The Rebate will be credited to the Participant’s Kris+ wallet no later than 6 March 2026.
- The Rebate received from a successful completion of the Challenge is not transferrable to the Participant’s KrisFlyer account. Rebates will only be valid for 6 months after being issued.
- Each Participant:
- agrees to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions, Kris+’s conditions of use of website, Kris+’s Privacy Policy, and the Terms of Use for Kris+ (collectively, “Kris+ Terms & Conditions”). Non-compliance with or breach of any of these Kris+ Terms and Conditions may result in the participant being disqualified at any stage of the Promotion, and any prizes won may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or reclaimed; and
- agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her KrisFlyer membership number) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by Kris+ for the purposes of organizing the Promotion and issuing the Prizes. All collection, use and disclosure of each Participant’s personal data will be in accordance with Kris+’s Privacy Policy (available online at https://www.singaporeair.com/content/dam/sia/web-assets/pdfs/ppsclub-krisflyer/use-miles/krisplus/Privacy_Policy.pdf).
- All decisions made by Kris+, in respect of all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final. Kris+ reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions, amend the list of Participating Kris+ Partners in which Eligible In-App Payment Transactions may be made, and terminate or otherwise amend this Promotion, and provide written notice within 5 business days, which are materially unfavourable to you, unless the change is required to comply with any law, to correct an obvious error or is otherwise of a formal, technical or administrative nature or not materially prejudicial to your interest, in which event we may provide shorter notice as reasonable in the circumstances.
- Kris+ reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants. The death of a Participant automatically disqualifies his/her entry.
- Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under any applicable laws, including the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. To the extent permitted under applicable law (including the Australian Consumer Law), Kris+ will not be responsible or liable for any consequences that any participant may suffer (including without limitation any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment) by participating in the Promotion or the participant’s acceptance of the Reward miles, except to the extent such consequences are caused by (a) our fraud, negligence or willful misconduct or that of our employees or officers (b) fraud, negligence or willful misconduct of Kris+ and/or SIA’s agents to the extent that the relevant act or omission is within the authorisation from Kris+ and/or SIA, or (c) acts of our contractors that are within our reasonable control.
- Unless otherwise specified, Kris+ is not responsible for and will not bear any and all expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred in the participation in the Promotion and/or with the use or redemption of the Award.
- A person who is not a party to these Promotion Terms and Conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) to enforce any of these Promotion Terms and Conditions.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore

KrisFlyer 888 Welcome Bonus Miles Promotion Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”)
- These Terms and Conditions govern the KrisFlyer 888 Welcome Bonus Miles Promotion (the “Promotion”) organised by Singapore Airlines Limited (“SIA”).
