Terms and Conditions
Singapore Airlines (“SIA”) is pleased to offer eligible PPS Club members an opportunity to participate in the Salotto Experience with Wine Tasting (the “Experience”) on the terms and conditions herein. By submitting the registration form for the Experience, eligible PPS Club members agree to the terms and conditions herein. The Experience is complimentary for all Participants (defined below).

The Experience shall have a maximum capacity of twelve (12) Participants, save that such number shall always be subject to any capacity requirements prescribed by any prevailing and applicable safe management measures ("SMM") as may be communicated by the relevant authorities in Singapore and/or SIA. |

Experience Details: |
The Experience comprises a “Salotto” experience hosted by Ermenegildo Zegna Far-East Pte Ltd (“Zegna”), during which Participants will:
(a) have the opportunity to view Zegna’s exclusive collection, including its key and iconic fabrics;

2. To be eligible for the Experience, a PPS Club member must be a direct recipient of either:
a. an invitation via a telephone call from SIA (“Call”); or
b. be a direct recipient of the electronic direct mailer sent by SIA titled “Salotto Experience with Wine Tasting” (“EDM”).
The Experience is non-transferable. SIA reserves the right to reject any registration for the Experience if the eligibility conditions set out in this clause are not met.
3. Each eligible PPS Club member may bring one guest for the Experience.
4. Eligible PPS Club members who wish to participate in the Experience:
a. if invited via a Call, will be invited to indicate their interest and provide the required information during the Call; or
b. if invited via an EDM, will be invited to indicate their interest by providing the required information to PPSClub_Reserves@singaporeair.com.sg.
The required information is as follows:
c. their PPS Club membership number;
d. the names and contact numbers of the proposed Participants; and
e. the dietary restrictions and/or allergies of the proposed Participants.
5. Registrations for the Experience will be on a first-come, first-served basis and will be closed one week prior to the date of the Experience, or when it is fully subscribed, whichever is earlier.
6. Successfully registered PPS Club members will receive a confirmation email. Successfully registered PPS Club members and their guest (if any) shall be referred to as "Participants", and may attend the Experience. Successfully registered PPS Club members shall procure and ensure that their guest (if any) agrees to and complies with these terms and conditions (as applicable).
7. Participants agree to comply with and adhere to all relevant requirements pursuant to any prevailing and applicable SMM as may be communicated by the relevant authorities, Zegna and/or SIA when attending the Experience.
8. In the event that a Participant is unable to attend the Experience due to testing positive for COVID-19 or any other reason, SIA shall not be liable to such Participant, and is not obliged to reschedule the Experience for the benefit of such Participant.
9. While SIA shall take the necessary steps and precautions in accordance with prevailing SMM, Participants acknowledge that they are attending the Experience at their own risk. SIA is not liable to Participants in the event that any of the Participants tests positive for COVID-19 following the Experience.
10. SIA will not be liable or responsible for any separate experiences and/or promotions, including any disputes that may arise in relation to the same that may be offered by Zegna during the Experience.
11. Each eligible PPS Club member shall declare their dietary restrictions and/or allergies, as well as those of their guest (if any), to SIA when registering for the Experience. However, SIA cannot guarantee that SIA and/or Zegna will be able to accommodate all dietary restrictions and/or allergies. SIA shall not be responsible or liable for any medical claims, reimbursement of expenses, losses or damages suffered or incurred by Participants in connection with the food and beverages served during the Experience.
12. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SIA, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and all of its respective agents, servants, contractors, directors, and employees shall not be liable to eligible PPS Club members and/or Participants for any consequences that eligible PPS Club members and/or Participants may suffer (including without limitation any disappointment, loss, damage, special, indirect or consequential losses, death, injury, disability and any loss or damage to property or person), or that result in an infringement of any law or regulation, from any cause in connection with the Experience and related activities.
13. In the event that the Experience cannot proceed at the specified date due to unforeseen circumstances, including circumstances arising from or related to COVID-19, SIA reserves the right to reschedule the Experience at its sole discretion.
14. Unless otherwise specified, SIA will not be responsible for and will not bear any and all expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred by eligible PPS Club member(s) and/or Participant(s) in connection with the Experience.
15. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the eligible PPS Club members and/or Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless SIA, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and all of its respective directors, employees, servants, agents and contractors (the “Indemnified Parties”) from and against all actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs and expenses of whatever nature arising out of, in connection with, or due to the Participants’ participation in the Experience, the use of any information or material supplied by the eligible PPS Club members and/or Participants to the Indemnified Parties, the Participants’ withdrawal from the Experience for any reason, or any act or omission of the eligible PPS Club members and/or Participants.
16. The Conditions of use for the website, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and PPS Club/KrisFlyer terms and conditions shall apply.
17. By registering for and/or participating in the Experience, eligible PPS Club members and/or Participants consent that SIA may Process their personal data for the purposes of the Experience as detailed in these terms and conditions and in accordance with the SIA Privacy Policy. If an eligible PPS Club member or Participant provides SIA with any personal data relating to a third party (e.g., an intended guest), by submitting such information to SIA, the eligible PPS Club member or Participant warrants and represents to SIA that the eligible PPS Club member or Participant has obtained the consent of such third party to the eligible PPS Club member or Participant providing SIA with their personal data, and for the Processing of their personal data for the relevant purposes set out herein, as well as all purposes set out in the SIA Privacy Policy and by or for the benefit of the persons referenced in the same.
18. SIA may capture photographs, audio, video, and other recordings ("Recordings") of Participants during the Experience. By registering for and/or participating in the Experience, eligible PPS Club members and/or Participants consent to the collection, use, disclosure, and other processing (collectively, "Process" or "Processing") of such Recordings for commercial and/or publicity purposes across all media, including but not limited to SIA's publications and websites. Eligible PPS Club members and/or Participants may withdraw their consent to Processing of Recordings of them by contacting PPS Club Reserves team at PPSClub_Reserves@singaporeair.com.sg or informing a member of SIA’s staff at the Experience. Such consent by eligible PPS Club members and/or Participants also constitutes agreement that the Recordings in their original or edited format may be Processed as described above without further notification, remuneration or compensation, and that copyright and all other intellectual property rights in and to all Recordings shall vest solely and absolutely in SIA.
19. SIA reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions and/or terminate the Experience without prior notice and without liability to any eligible PPS Club member and/or Participant.
20. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to the Experience, these terms and conditions shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.
21. A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 of Singapore to enforce any of these terms and conditions.
22. These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
