- The promotion is only applicable to selected eligible Visa cards issued in Hong Kong and Macau.
- Cardholders must successfully register their Visa cards before making eligible transactions during the promotion period. Any transaction made before registration will not be counted.

How to redeem the exclusive KrisShop shopping voucher?
Step 1:
After an eligible transaction has been made on singaporeair.com or the SingaporeAir mobile app, please complete the application form below by 31 December 2025. Passengers must complete the form with a qualifying transaction who is 18 or above at the time of submitting the redemption application.
If you are travelling with others, please note that each passenger must apply for redemption separately. A separate redemption email will be sent to each applicant.
Step 2:
Once we have verified the details, a redemption letter will be emailed to the successful applicant's registered email address within 7 business days.
