Now you can breeze through your pre-departure journey with our convenient check-in and bag drop services* at Hong Kong Airport Express Station. Simply check in, drop off your bags, and head to your flight with ease.

Take advantage of our self-service in-town check-in located at the Hong Kong Airport Express station. Enjoy the flexibility of checking in as early as 24 hours in advance and up to 90 minutes before your scheduled flight departure. Our service hours are daily from 9:00 am to 5:20 pm.

Please note that the in-town check-in service is only available for passengers holding valid electronic travel documents.

*The maximum size of a check-in baggage does not exceed the size of 145cm (length) x 100cm (width) x 85cm (height) and weight of 32kg.

How to redeem the exclusive KrisShop shopping voucher?

Step 1: 
After an eligible transaction has been made on singaporeair.com or the SingaporeAir mobile app, please complete the application form below by 31 December 2025. Passengers must complete the form with a qualifying transaction who is 18 or above at the time of submitting the redemption application.

If you are travelling with others, please note that each passenger must apply for redemption separately. A separate redemption email will be sent to each applicant.

Step 2: 
Once we have verified the details, a redemption letter will be emailed to the successful applicant's registered email address within 7 business days.
