For Covid-19 related claims, please prepare the following documents:
Medical Expenses Incurred Overseas & Medical Evacuation & Repatriation / Out-of-country Covid-19 Diagnosis Quarantine Allowance
- Original medical bills and receipts
- Doctor’s memo / medical report / inpatient discharge summary
Reimbursement of Travel Cancellation / Travel Postponement / Travel Curtailment
- Booking confirmation / original invoice
- Letter of refund
- Medical report / memo from the doctor advising the fitness to travel
- Proof of relationship to insured

Customers with tickets purchased directly from Singapore Airlines are advised to submit all requests for Covid-19 related assistance using the form below to:
