To receive a Flight Disruption Statement, the following conditions must be met:
- Your disrupted flight was operated by Singapore Airlines
- Your flight arrived more than 15 minutes after the scheduled arrival time
- At least 2 days and not more than 6 months has passed since your scheduled date of travel
