Details of Experience

As a valued PPS Club member, you and a guest are invited to enjoy this exclusive 3D2N experience, redeemable with 650,000 KrisFlyer miles. The experience also includes return Business Class flights on Singapore Airlines from Singapore to Paris, and land transfers to/from Paris.

Dates of Krug Experience

Date: 19 to 21 October 2023
(Thursday to Saturday)

The itinerary for this specially curated trip is as follows:

Day 1

  • Pick-up in Paris and transfer to L’Assiette Champenoise
  • Check-in at L’Assiette Champenoise
  • Tour of The House and Cellars at Maison Krug, Reims
  • Enjoy a tasting of "Les Créations De 2008"
  • Indulge in a specially arranged dinner at The Family House
  • Return to L’Assiette Champenoise for the night

Day 2

  • Pick-up at L’Assiette Champenoise and transfer to Le Clos Du Mesnil
  • Welcome and tour of the Clos Du Mesnil
  • Indulge in a wine tasting session and lunch at Le Clos Du Mesnil
  • Return to L’Assiette Champenoise for a free-and-easy afternoon
  • Enjoy dinner at L’Assiette Champenoise

Day 3

  • Check-out of L’Assiette Champenoise
  • Transfer to Reims City Centre for a private tour
  • Enjoy lunch at Café du Palais before returning to Paris

Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Only one redemption per member is allowed. Members may not make multiple redemptions.

Disclaimer

  • Upon confirmation, 650,000 KrisFlyer miles will be deducted from your account for the redemption of this experience.
  • All attendees of Krug Experience must be at least 18 years of age.
  • This experience is not available for EU residents.

  1. Singapore Airlines is offering eligible PPS Club members a chance to redeem 650,000 KrisFlyer miles for a three-day-two-night experience for two, including return-trip Business Class Saver tickets from Singapore to Paris on Singapore Airlines and a private tour at the House of Krug in France (the “Experience”) on 19 October 2023 – 21 October 2023.
  2. If Business Class Saver tickets are not available on the selected date of travel, the PPS Club member and any guest(s) may opt to (i) travel on another date when Saver seats are available provided that the dates of the Experience remains unchanged, or (ii) travel on alternative award ticket(s) to be redeemed, for which variances in additional miles will accordingly apply. The Experience is only available on 19 October 2023 – 21 October 2023.
  3. Taxes, surcharges and fees for the Business Class Saver tickets are not included in the redemption package and shall be paid by participants.
  4. To be eligible, the PPS Club member must fulfil the following criteria:
    1. be a direct recipient of the electronic mailer (“eDM”) sent by Singapore Airlines titled “PPS Club Reserves presents the Krug Experience” in relation to The Experience held in 2023;
    2. have a balance of at least 650,000 KF miles in his/her KrisFlyer membership account at the time of booking;
    3. must travel to and from Paris on flights booked and ticketed on Singapore Airlines (excluding Singapore Airlines' code-share flights operated on aircraft of other airlines) and;
    4. have the point of origin and return of the redemption ticket as Singapore.
  5. The eligible PPS Club member and his/her guest(s) of the Experience must each be at least 18 years old as of the selected date of the Experience and be responsible for ensuring their travel documents are valid, obtaining any visas if required, and arranging for any travel insurance at their own costs, if desired.
  6. Each session of the Experience can accommodate a maximum of four persons. Subject to availability, the eligible PPS Club member may redeem up to two additional slots for their guest(s) on the same date of the Experience at additional KrisFlyer miles (please contact PPS Club Reserves for more details).

    To register for the Experience, PPS Club members must indicate their interest and provide the required information, as determined by Singapore Airlines and notified to the PPS Club members, by the closing date of reservation as stipulated and specified in the electronic mailer.
  7. Only members and guests who have received confirmation from Singapore Airlines on their successful registration for the Experience will be permitted to visit the House of Krug.
  8. Confirmation of members’ and any guests’ successful registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
  9. A confirmation email will be sent to the successful eligible PPS Club member upon successful deduction of applicable KrisFlyer miles.
  10. After successful registration has been confirmed by Singapore Airlines, the session selected for the Experience cannot be changed. In the event of a cancellation or no show after confirmation has been sent, no refund or recharge of redeemed KrisFlyer miles will be provided.
  11. The Experience, for a redemption of 650,000 KrisFlyer miles, will consist of the following features:
    1. Return-trip Business Class Saver flights for two persons on Singapore Airlines between Singapore to Paris (CDG);
    2. One transfer pick-up for two persons from Paris to L’Assiette Champenoise in the Reims, Champagne region
    3. Transfers to and from L’Assiette Champenoise to the House of Krug for two persons;
    4. The Krug Experience (inclusive of 2 lunches and 2 dinners per person and 2 nights of hotel stay which may be on twin sharing basis upon request);
    5. Private visit of Reims City Centre; and
    6. One transfer drop-off for two persons from L’Assiette Champenoise to Paris.
  12. Any additional expenses incurred by the PPS Club members and/or their guest(s) shall be borne by the PPS Club members and/or their guest(s), and shall not be borne by Singapore Airlines or Moet Hennessy Asia Pacific Pte Ltd. For the avoidance of doubt, such additional expenses include without limitation, purchase of any products or champagne by the PPS Club members and/or their guest(s) at the House of Krug or during the Experience.
  13. Save for direct damages as a result of the wilful misconduct and/or negligence of Singapore Airlines, Singapore Airlines shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect, consequential loss including death, regardless of any reason) or costs incurred, as a result of, or arising out of, or in any way connected with the respective items (the “Relevant Events”) under the Experience stipulated in Clause 12 of these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”), save for the item specified under Clause 12(i), which shall be subject to Clause 16 of the Terms and Conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, PPS Club members and their guests shall be liable for any losses, damages, injuries, cost and expenses suffered or incurred as a result of or arising out of or in any way connected with the Relevant Events, which are caused as a result of their own fault and negligence.
  14. Any cancellations or changes of flight number, date of travel and/or itinerary after booking are subject to the applicable charges.
  15. Conditions of use of website, Conditions of carriage, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Advisory on transfer of booking data and PPS Club/KrisFlyer terms and conditions shall apply.
  16. By registering for and/or participating in the Experience, eligible PPS Club members consent, and ensure that any guest(s) consent, that SIA may collect, use, disclose and/or process their personal data for the purposes of the Experience as detailed in these Terms and Conditions and in accordance with the SIA Privacy Policy.
  17. Singapore Airlines reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions or terminate the Experience without prior notice.
  18. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to any question regarding its existence, formation, performance, interpretation, validity or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. These Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of Singapore.
