For flights between Auckland and Cebu, the weight concept applies for checked baggage. Checked baggage: Economy Class passengers may bring 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Premium Economy Class passengers may bring 35kg. Business Class passengers may bring 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage: Economy Class and Premium Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final allowance for your trip is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members have additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Auckland but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only. In Singapore (SIN), eligible customers may be invited to the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge.

At Singapore Changi Airport, you can enjoy themed gardens, rest areas, children’s play zones, and a wide choice of dining and shopping, all within easy walking distance of your gate. For longer layovers, you may be able to join the airport’s free city tour programme, which usually requires a minimum transit time of around 5.5 to 6 hours. Shorter connections are comfortable spent airside, where you can freshen up, relax in quiet zones, or explore attractions such as indoor gardens and art installations.
