Beverage Service
Throughout your journey, you can enjoy hot and cold drinks, including juices, soft drinks, tea, and coffee, as well as a curated selection of alcoholic beverages. Our signature Singapore Sling cocktail is available on board for you to savour during your flight.

For flights between Auckland and Denpasar Bali, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are 25kg for Economy Class Lite and Value fares, 30kg for Economy Class Standard and Flexi fares, 35kg for Premium Economy Class, and 40kg for Business Class. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines services once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can buy access plans on board. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On the Auckland–Singapore sector operated by the Airbus A350-900, Economy Class offers a seat pitch of about 32 inches with up to 19 inches of seat width, Premium Economy Class provides a 38-inch pitch with up to 20 inches of seat width, and Business Class features a fully flat bed with direct aisle access. On the Singapore–Denpasar Bali sector operated by the Boeing 737-8 MAX, Economy Class offers similar legroom to other regional services, and Business Class provides a larger seat with a generous recline for added comfort.

Yes, Singapore Airlines provides lounge access to eligible passengers with a layover in Singapore. Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available.

Lounge Access Eligibility
Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Auckland but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only. In Singapore (SIN), eligible customers may be invited to the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge.

If you have a longer layover at Singapore Changi Airport, you can consider joining the official free transit tour, which usually requires a minimum layover of around 5.5 to 6 hours. It offers a brief introduction to the city while keeping your journey convenient.

For shorter layovers, staying airside at Changi Airport is very comfortable, with themed gardens, rest zones, play areas, and, in some terminals, facilities such as a swimming pool, cinema, or entertainment corners. There are also many dining and shopping choices close to the gates.

You may also choose to relax at an airport hotel or quiet rest area between flights, especially on overnight connections. Your time at Singapore Changi Airport is more than just a wait — it is an integral part of your journey.

Auckland operates on New Zealand Standard Time (UTC+12) from late March to late September, and New Zealand Daylight Time (UTC+13) from late September to late March. Denpasar Bali follows Central Indonesia Time (UTC+8) year-round. This means Bali is 4 hours behind Auckland in winter, and 5 hours behind in summer.

Through-Check Conditions
For your bags to be sent directly to your final destination, the following general conditions must be met:

Partner Airlines: If your onward flight from Singapore to Denpasar Bali is operated by a partner airline, Singapore Airlines has through-check agreements that usually allow your bags to be tagged to your final destination.
