For flights between Guangzhou and Hangzhou, the weight concept applies. For checked baggage, Economy Class customers have an allowance of 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Business Class customers enjoy a 40kg checked baggage allowance. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final allowance for your journey is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members have additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on most Singapore Airlines aircraft on the Guangzhou–Singapore–Hangzhou route once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Business Class customers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure to enjoy this. For shorter layovers, it is best to stay airside and enjoy the airport’s facilities. Depending on your terminal, you may find themed gardens, rest areas, and entertainment zones where you can relax, freshen up, or stretch your legs between flights.
