For flights between Hangzhou and Da Nang, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are as follows: Economy Class passengers may check 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Business Class passengers may check 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final allowance will be shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on most Singapore Airlines services on this route once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members, including those travelling in Economy Class, provided your membership number is added to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Hangzhou but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

For longer layovers of around 5.5 hours or more, you can consider joining the airport's free guided transit tour, which offers a brief introduction to the city without leaving the airport system on your own.

For shorter layovers, stay airside and enjoy Changi Airport's gardens, themed zones, and quiet rest areas. Depending on your terminal, you may find attractions such as an indoor waterfall, butterfly garden, or family-friendly play areas, alongside a wide choice of dining and shopping.
