For flights between Adelaide and Penang, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are 25kg for Economy Class Lite and Value fares, 30kg for Economy Class Standard and Flexi fares, and 40kg for Business Class. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage allowances are one piece up to 7kg for Economy Class, and two pieces each up to 7kg for Business Class. Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights on this route once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. The connection is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available.

With a layover at Singapore Changi Airport, you can relax in themed gardens, visit quiet rest areas, or enjoy the wide choice of dining and retail options across the terminals. For longer layovers of around 5.5 hours or more, you may join an official transit tour into the city, subject to eligibility and timing. Your time at Singapore Changi Airport is more than just a wait — it s an integral part of your journey.

In Adelaide (ADL), eligible Singapore Airlines customers may use the Plaza Premium Lounge (International Departures) before flying to Singapore. During your layover at Singapore (SIN), qualifying passengers can access the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on cabin and frequent flyer status.
