How to redeem

To earn the bonus miles, PPS Club and KrisFlyer members must retain the receipts of their purchases at any of the nine Villages at The Bicester Collection. Members can then present the receipts and their KrisFlyer membership card at Concierge Services, or claim digitally via the air miles e-redemption service. To earn the miles, email the relevant Village listed below and include images of the receipts as well as your KrisFlyer membership card within 24 hours of making your purchases.

• Click on “Transfer my Points” under the “My profile” section
• In the “Company” box, select “Singapore Airlines”
• In the “Transfer to” box, please fill in your membership number
• In the “Point to transfer" box, please fill in the amount of CentaraThe1 points you wish to transfer

• Please review and click “Confirm”
