For flights between New York and Denpasar Bali, the piece concept applies to checked baggage. In Premium Economy Class and Economy Class, you may check in 2 pieces, each up to 23kg. In Business Class, you may check in 2 pieces, each up to 32kg, and no single piece may exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Premium Economy Class and Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final allowance for your trip is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from New York to Denpasar Bali once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. In New York, eligible customers may be able to access partner lounges such as Lounge & Co at Newark (EWR), and Virgin Clubhouse, Capital One Lounge, or Air India Maharaja Lounge at John F. Kennedy (JFK), depending on their ticketed cabin and frequent flyer status. During your layover at Singapore Changi Airport, eligible travellers can access the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or the KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, according to their class of travel and KrisFlyer or Star Alliance status.
