For flights between Chengdu and Bandar Seri Begawan, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class, 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares; Business Class, 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage allowances are: Economy Class, 1 piece up to 7kg; Business Class, 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final allowance for your trip is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on our flights once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure to enjoy this. Non-members can purchase access plans. The connection is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On the Chengdu to Singapore sector, Economy Class offers a seat pitch of about 32 inches with up to 19 inches of seat width, while Business Class provides a fully flat bed with direct aisle access. On the Singapore to Bandar Seri Begawan sector, Economy Class also offers around 32 inches of pitch with up to 19 inches of width, and Business Class features a fully flat bed and direct aisle access for a comfortable short flight.

Yes, Singapore Airlines provides lounge access to eligible passengers with a layover in Singapore. Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available.

During your layover at Singapore Changi Airport, eligible passengers may have access to the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on cabin class and frequent flyer status. Chengdu follows China Standard Time, which is UTC+8 year-round, without daylight saving time. Bandar Seri Begawan also observes UTC+8 throughout the year, with no seasonal clock changes. This means there is no time difference between Chengdu and Bandar Seri Begawan at any time of the year.
