For flights between Da Nang and Cebu, the weight concept applies. For checked baggage, Economy Class customers may bring 25kg on Lite and Value fares, or 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Business Class customers may bring 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final baggage allowance for your trip is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase paid plans.

The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers. Coverage and performance may vary slightly during the flight as the aircraft moves between satellite regions.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Da Nang but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

If you have at least 5.5 hours between flights, you may be able to join an official transit tour into the city, subject to timing and eligibility criteria, giving you a glimpse of Singapore before your onward journey.
