For flights between Da Nang and Phuket, our weight-concept baggage policy applies. In Economy Class, checked baggage allowances are 25kg for Lite and Value fares, and 30kg for Standard and Flexi. In Business Class, the checked baggage allowance is 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final allowance for your trip will be shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on selected Singapore Airlines aircraft on the Da Nang–Singapore–Phuket route once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans. Wi-Fi is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On both the Da Nang–Singapore and Singapore–Phuket sectors operated by the Boeing 737-8 MAX, Economy Class offers a seat pitch of about 32 inches and up to 19 inches of seat width. Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Da Nang but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only. In Singapore (SIN), eligible customers may be invited to relax in the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge before departure.

Singapore Changi Airport offers a wide range of ways to spend your layover on the way from Da Nang to Phuket. If you have at least 5.5 to 6 hours between flights, you can consider joining one of the airport’s free city transit tour programmes, which give you a short introduction to Singapore without needing to manage your own arrangements.
