For flights between Hanoi and Cebu, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage: in Economy Class, Lite and Value fares include 25kg, and Standard and Flexi fares include 30kg. In Business Class, the allowance is 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage: Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Hanoi to Cebu once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. Singapore Changi Airport offers an official transit tour programme for longer layovers, typically requiring at least about 5.5 hours of connecting time to join a city tour without clearing your checked baggage. If your layover is shorter, you can still enjoy themed gardens, rest areas, and entertainment zones within the terminals. Depending on your terminal, you may also find facilities such as swimming pools, cinemas, and nap zones to help you refresh between flights.
