For flights between Ho Chi Minh City and Denpasar Bali, the weight concept applies. For checked baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Premium Economy Class passengers may bring 35kg, and Business Class passengers may bring 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final allowance for your trip is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should ensure their membership number is added to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase Wi-Fi plans on board. The service is ideal for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On both the Ho Chi Minh City–Singapore and Singapore–Denpasar Bali sectors, Economy Class seats offer a 32-inch pitch with up to 19-inch seat width.
