For flights between Hyderabad and Denpasar Bali, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage: in Economy Class, Lite and Value fares include 25kg, and Standard and Flexi fares include 30kg. In Business Class, the allowance is 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage: Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

The Next Segment Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Hyderabad but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only. In Singapore (SIN), eligible customers may be invited to facilities such as the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or the KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on their cabin and status.

Singapore Changi Airport offers a wide range of facilities for both short and longer layovers. If you have at least 5.5 to 6 hours between flights and meet the programme requirements, you may be able to join an official transit tour into the city, subject to operating conditions and your schedule.

For shorter connections, you can stay airside and explore themed gardens, quiet rest zones, children’s play areas, and art installations across the terminals. Selected terminals also feature attractions such as indoor greenery, viewing galleries, and relaxation areas where you can freshen up before your onward flight.
