For Milan–Auckland flights, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage: Economy Class passengers enjoy 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Premium Economy Class passengers have 35kg, and Business Class passengers have 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage: Economy Class and Premium Economy Class may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members have additional allowances.

It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans. Connectivity is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On both the Milan–Singapore and Singapore–Auckland Airbus A350-900 sectors, Economy Class offers a 32-inch seat pitch with up to a 19-inch seat width. The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Milan but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

Singapore Changi Airport offers extensive facilities for transit passengers, including themed gardens, rest areas, play zones, and quiet corners to relax between flights. If your layover is at least 5.5 hours, you can consider joining an official transit tour of Singapore, subject to operating schedules and entry requirements.

For shorter layovers, you can stay airside and enjoy amenities such as walking trails, viewing decks, and a wide choice of dining and shopping. Airport hotels and rest facilities are also available within the terminals for added comfort.
