For flights between Milan and Da Nang, the weight concept applies. In checked baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 25kg on Lite and Value fares or 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Premium Economy Class passengers may bring 35kg, and Business Class passengers may bring 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class passengers may take 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class passengers may take 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your exact allowance will be shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights on this route once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. For longer layovers, you may be able to join an official transit tour of Singapore, which typically requires a minimum of around 5.5 to 6 hours between flights and is subject to eligibility and operating hours. Alternatively, you can explore the airport's attractions, such as indoor gardens or entertainment zones, at your own pace without leaving the terminal.
