Beverage Service
A selection of hot and cold drinks is served throughout the flight, including juices, soft drinks, tea, and coffee. Our signature Singapore Sling is also available on board, allowing you to enjoy a classic taste of Singapore during your journey.

For flights between Phuket and Hyderabad, our weight-concept baggage policy applies. In Economy Class, the checked baggage allowance is 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. In Business Class, the checked baggage allowance is 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your exact allowance will be shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet, including services between Phuket, Singapore, and Hyderabad. KrisFlyer members enjoy free, unlimited Wi-Fi; Economy Class and Business Class customers must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure.

Non-members can purchase Wi-Fi plans on board. The connection is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On the Boeing 737-8 MAX operating both the Phuket–Singapore and Singapore–Hyderabad sectors, Economy Class offers a seat pitch of around 32 inches and up to 19 inches of seat width, providing comfortable space for regional flights. Business Class features a fully flat bed-style seat on this route, giving you more room to relax and rest.

Eligible customers may use facilities such as the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or the KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on cabin and status.

Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The Next Segment Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Phuket but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

Singapore Changi Airport is well known for its comfortable transit experience, with themed gardens, art installations, and quiet rest areas throughout the terminals. For longer layovers, you can explore attractions such as indoor greenery, viewing galleries, and play zones, or simply relax at a café between flights.

For shorter connections, staying airside allows you to make the most of Changi Airport’s amenities, including shower facilities, nap areas, and a wide choice of dining and shopping. If your layover is longer and time permits, you may also explore official transit programmes and airport attractions that give you a taste of Singapore.

Phuket follows Thailand’s time zone, which is UTC+7 throughout the year and does not observe daylight saving time. Hyderabad follows India Standard Time, which is UTC+5:30 and also does not change seasonally.

This means Hyderabad is 1 hour 30 minutes behind Phuket at all times of the year.

Yes, your baggage will typically be checked through to Hyderabad when flying from Phuket via Singapore (SIN) on a single booking with Singapore Airlines.

Through-Check Conditions
For your bags to be sent directly to your final destination, the following general conditions must be met:

Single Itinerary: Both flight segments (Phuket–Singapore and Singapore–Hyderabad) must be under the same booking reference or PNR.

Layover Duration: Your connection in Singapore must be less than 24 hours. If your layover exceeds 24 hours, it is considered a stopover, and you will typically be required to collect your luggage and re-check it for your onward flight.

Partner Airlines: If your onward flight from Singapore to Hyderabad is operated by a partner airline, Singapore Airlines has through-check agreements that usually allow your bags to be tagged to your final destination.
