For flights between Surabaya and Johannesburg, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are as follows: in Economy Class, 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares; in Premium Economy Class, 35kg; in Business Class, 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, customers travelling in Economy Class and Premium Economy Class may bring one piece up to 7kg. Customers in Business Class may bring two pieces, each up to 7kg.
