Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class (25kg on Lite/Value fares, 30kg on Standard/Flexi), Premium Economy Class (35kg), Business Class (40kg), and First Class (50kg). Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class and First Class may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. For example, if you fly Economy from Zurich but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only. Singapore Changi Airport is well suited to both short and longer layovers, with gardens, quiet zones, and rest areas spread across the terminals. For shorter connections, you can stay airside to enjoy amenities such as themed gardens, relaxation spaces, and shower facilities, while keeping an eye on flight information screens. If you have a longer layover, you may be able to join one of the airport-organised city experiences, subject to eligibility and minimum connection time, or book a room at an airport hotel for added privacy and rest.
