Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class (25kg on Lite and Value fares, 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares), Premium Economy Class (35kg), Business Class (40kg), and First Class (50kg). Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. First Class and Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final allowance for your journey will be shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights on this route once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase paid plans. The connection is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

If you have at least 5.5 to 6 hours between flights, you can consider joining an official transit tour of Singapore, subject to availability and entry requirements.

For shorter layovers, it is best to stay airside and explore the terminals, where you will find quiet zones, shower facilities, and a wide range of dining and shopping options. Some terminals also offer cinema screens, indoor gardens, and relaxation areas designed specifically for transit passengers.
