As a valued PPS Club member, you and a guest are invited to enjoy this exclusive 3D2N experience, redeemable at 600,000 KrisFlyer miles for two. This experience is inclusive of return Business Class flights on Singapore Airlines from Singapore to Paris, and land transfers to/from Paris. The dates of the Krug Experience are as follows:

The itinerary for this specially curated trip is as follows:

Day 1

  • Pick-up in Paris and transfer to La Caserne Chanzy Hotel & Spa
  • Check-in at La Caserne Chanzy Hotel & Spa
  • Explore Reims at your own pace
  • Indulge in a specially arranged dinner hosted by Krug
  • Return to La Caserne Chanzy Hotel & Spa for the night

Day 2

  • Pick-up at La Caserne Chanzy Hotel & Spa and transfer to Krug Lodge 
  • Welcome and tour of the Krug Lodge at Trépail
  • Transfer to Maison Krug, Reims
  • Tour of The House and Cellars 
  • Enjoy a tasting of “Les Créations” 
  • Indulge in a gastronomic Chef’s Tasting Menu Lunch at the Krug House
  • Return to La Caserne Chanzy Hotel & Spa for an evening at leisure
     

Day 3

  • Check-out of La Caserne Chanzy Hotel & Spa
  • Transfer to Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris

 

Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Each redemption is for two (2) guests (you and one guest). Each member may redeem this experience once only.

Disclaimer

  • Upon confirmation, 600,000 KrisFlyer miles will be deducted from your account for the redemption of this experience.
  • All attendees of Krug Experience must be at least 21 years of age.
  • This experience is not available for residents of the EU.

  1. Singapore Airlines Limited ("SIA") is offering eligible PPS Club members a chance to redeem 600,000 KrisFlyer miles for a three-day-two-night experience for two, including return-trip Business Class Saver tickets from Singapore to Paris on Singapore Airlines, and a tour of the House of Krug (the “Experience”) from 2 September to 4 September 2026. The Experience is only available on one session, from 2 September to 4 September 2026.
  2. Taxes, surcharges and fees for the Business Class Saver tickets are not included in the redemption package and shall be paid by participants.
  3. To be eligible, a PPS Club member must fulfil the following criteria:
    1. be a direct recipient of the electronic mailer sent by Singapore Airlines titled “PPS Club Reserves presents the Krug Experience 2026” in relation to The Experience held in 2026; and
    2. have a balance of at least 600,000 KrisFlyer miles in his/her KrisFlyer membership account at the time of booking.
  4. The eligible PPS Club member and his/her guest of the Experience must each be at least 21 years old as of the date of the Experience and be responsible for ensuring their travel documents are valid, obtaining any visas if required, and arranging for any travel insurance at their own costs if desired.
  5. The Experience can accommodate a total of six persons (i.e. three PPS Club members and one guest each).
  6. Eligible PPS Club members who wish to participate in the Experience are invited to indicate their interest via this linkExternal Link. 
  7. Only members and guests who have received confirmation from SIA on their successful registration for the Experience will be permitted to attend the Experience.
  8. Confirmation of members’ and any guests’ successful registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
  9. A confirmation email will be sent to the successful eligible PPS Club member upon successful deduction of applicable KrisFlyer miles.
  10. Without prejudice to Clause 13 of these terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions"), after successful registration has been confirmed by SIA, in the event of cancellation or no show, no refund or recharge of redeemed KrisFlyer miles will be provided.
  11. The Experience will consist of the following features, each for two persons:
    1. Return-trip Business Class Saver flights on Singapore Airlines between Singapore and Paris (CDG), subject to Clauses 12 and 13 of these Terms and Conditions;
    2. One transfer pick-up from Paris airport to La Caserne Chanzy Hotel & Spa on 2 September 2026;
    3. Transfers to and from La Caserne Chanzy Hotel & Spa and the House of Krug;
    4. A tour of the House of Krug;
    5. One lunch and one dinner;
    6. Two nights of hotel stay which may be on a twin sharing basis upon request; and

       

    7. One transfer drop-off from La Caserne Chanzy Hotel & Spa to Paris airport on 4 September 2026, or such other date as may be approved in writing by SIA.

      PPS Club members agree and acknowledge that:
      a. SIA is unable to accommodate requests for changes to the transfer pick-up as set out in Clause 11(ii); and
      b. The details of the Experience are subject to change at SIA's sole discretion, including in the event of any interruptions to regular airport and/or airline operations, and SIA will endeavour to, as soon as possible, notify the PPS Club members who have successfully registered for the Experience of any such changes. 
  12. PPS Club members who have successfully registered for the Experience, and their guests, must:
    1. travel from Singapore to Paris on the SQ336 flight departing Singapore on 2 September 2026 ("Departure Flight"); and 
    2. travel from Paris to Singapore on SQ335 flight departing Paris on 4 September 2026 ("Return Flight"), unless the PPS Club member makes a written request to SIA on or before 12 August 2026 to depart Paris on a later date, and SIA approves such request. PPS Club members agree and acknowledge that SIA's approval of such request shall be subject to availability of Business Class Saver tickets on the intended departure date, SIA's sole discretion, and any applicable charges and/or deduction of additional KrisFlyer miles.

      PPS Club members agree and acknowledge that SIA is unable to accommodate requests for changes to the Departure Flight.
  13. Any successfully registered PPS Club member and/or their guest's:
    i.  cancellation of the Departure Flight and/or Return Flight; or 
    ii. change(s) in respect of the Return Flight,

    are subject to (a) SIA's approval; and (b) at SIA's sole discretion, any applicable charges and/or deduction of additional KrisFlyer miles.
  14. Please note that alcohol will be served as part of the Experience. Each eligible PPS Club member shall declare their dietary restrictions and allergies, as well as those of their guest, to SIA when registering for the Experience. However, SIA cannot guarantee that SIA and/or Moet Hennessy Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. will be able to accommodate all dietary restrictions and allergies. Without prejudice to Clause 16 of the Terms and Conditions, and to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, SIA shall not be responsible or liable for any medical claims, reimbursement of expenses, losses or damages suffered or incurred by successfully registered PPS Club members and/or their guests in connection with the food and beverages consumed during the Experience.   
  15. Any additional expenses incurred by a PPS Club member and/or their guest shall be borne by the PPS Club member and/or their guest, and shall not be borne by SIA or Moet Hennessy Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. For the avoidance of doubt, such additional expenses include, without limitation, purchase of any products by the PPS Club member and/or their guest at the House of Krug, or otherwise during the Experience. 
  16. Save for direct damages as a result of the wilful misconduct and/or negligence of SIA, and to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, SIA shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect, consequential loss including death, regardless of reason), as a result of, or arising out of, or in any way connected with the respective items (the "Relevant Events") under the Experience stipulated in Clause 11 of the Terms and Conditions and/or which SIA may notify successfully registered PPS Club members of pursuant to Clause 11(b) of the Terms and Conditions, including as a result of, arising out of, or in any way connected with any interruptions to regular airport and/or airline operations. For the avoidance of doubt, PPS Club members and their guests shall be liable for any losses, damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered or incurred as a result of or arising out of or in any way connected with the Relevant Events, which are caused as a result of their own fault and negligence.
  17. The Conditions of use of website, Conditions of carriage, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Advisory on transfer of booking data and PPS Club/KrisFlyer terms and conditions shall apply.
  18. By registering for and/or participating in the Experience, each eligible PPS Club member consents, and ensures that his/her guest consents, that SIA may collect, use, disclose and/or process their personal data for the purposes of the Experience as detailed in these Terms and Conditions and in accordance with the SIA Privacy Policy. If a PPS Club member provides SIA with any personal data relating to a third party (e.g. their guest), by submitting such information to SIA, the PPS Club member represents to SIA that the PPS Club member has obtained the consent of such third party to the PPS Club member providing SIA with their personal data for the relevant purposes set out herein.
  19. SIA reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions or terminate the Experience without prior notice. 
  20. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to any question regarding its existence, formation, performance, interpretation, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. These Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of Singapore.
