316,000 KrisFlyer Miles Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”)

1.       The 316,000 KrisFlyer Miles Lucky Draw  ("Lucky Draw") is organised by Singapore Airlines Limited ("SIA"). By participating in this Lucky Draw, the participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.  

2.       To enter the Lucky Draw, KrisFlyer members must be aged 18 years or above, hold a valid Hong Kong  Identity Card or Hong Kong SAR Passport at the time of entry, have selected Hong Kong SAR, China as their country/region of residence upon enrolment ("Eligible Members"), and carry out a Qualifying Entry (defined below) during the period 5 February 2026 (0000 hrs, GMT+8) to 10 March 2026 (2359 hrs, GMT+8), both dates inclusive ("Promotion Period"). Eligible Members include new KrisFlyer members only who have enrolled during the Promotion Period. Existing KrisFlyer members are not eligible.

3.       A “Qualifying Entry” is successfully signing up as a KrisFlyer Member which fulfils all the criteria set out below:

a.       The enrolment must be completed during the Promotion Period;

b.      Hong Kong SAR, China is selected as the country/region of residence on the KrisFlyer registration form at the point of enrolment;

c.       The given name (first name) and family name (last/surname) recorded in the Participant’s KrisFlyer profile at enrolment must be identical to the Participant’s legal name as shown on his/her Hong Kong Identity Card (HKID) or Hong Kong SAR Passport;

d.      Only KrisFlyer accounts that are successfully activated during the Promotion Period will be considered valid for entry;

e.      The enrolment is for a new KrisFlyer membership; and

f.        Participants are responsible for ensuring their contact details and membership information are accurate and updated to receive relevant notifications.

4.       Eligible members who have made a Qualifying Entry during the Promotion Period will be automatically enrolled into the drawing. No purchase is necessary and there is no charge to sign up for KrisFlyer membership.

5.       Eligible Members who have fulfilled the conditions in this Clause 3 shall each be referred to as a “Participant”, and collectively, the “Participants”.

6.       Each Participant will be entitled to one chance in the Lucky Draw per Qualifying Entry.

7.       Each Eligible Participant can only win at most one (1) Prize.

8.       SIA will randomly draw three (3) winners (each, a “Winner”, and collectively, the “Winners”) from the Participants.

9.       The Winners will receive the prizes set out in the table below. The first entry drawn will be the 1st Prize Winner, the second entry drawn the 2nd Prize Winner, and the third entry drawn the 3rd Prize Winner. SIA may also draw reserve winners to replace any Winner who is or becomes ineligible, uncontactable or fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

10.   The draw of the Winners will be conducted randomly by means of a computerised system on 19 March 2026 at Singapore Airlines Hong Kong town office. The determination of the Winners will be witnessed by SIA’s Hong Kong General Manager (GMH) and at least one appointed person.

11.   SIA will notify each Winner via the email address registered with each Winner’s KrisFlyer membership profile within seven (7) days after determination of the results. Each Winner will be required to return a signed letter of acceptance in accordance with the instructions provided by SIA, which include the copy of winner’s Hong Kong Identity Card or Hong Kong SAR Passport, within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the notification email is sent, failing which, the Prize will be forfeited.

12.   The results of the Lucky Draw will be published in Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on 26 March 2026.

13.   Upon successful verification of eligibility and receipt of the Winner’s signed acceptance, the Prize will be credited to the Winner’s KrisFlyer account within approximately six to eight (6–8) weeks. Prize miles have a fixed validity of one (1) year from the date of crediting and will not be extended. If crediting cannot be completed because the Winner’s KrisFlyer account is not active or is not in good standing, the Prize may be forfeited.

14.   The Prizes are valid for a period of 1 year from the date on which it is credited to the Winner’s KrisFlyer account, following which it shall expire, and no extensions of the validity of the Prize(s) will be permitted. For the avoidance of doubt, any Prize awarded (including any part thereof) which has not been used by the end of such validity period will expire and shall be deemed null and void.

15.   Each Participant is only permitted to register one (1) KrisFlyer membership account in his/her name. Any fraudulent or duplicate KrisFlyer accounts, including the original KrisFlyer account held by such Participants, will be suspended, and the relevant Participant shall be disqualified from the Lucky Draw, at SIA's sole and absolute discretion.

16.   KrisFlyer miles can be used to redeem eligible flights on Singapore Airlines, Scoot, or their partner airlines, and/or for purchases on non-airline partners (such as KrisShop, KrisFlyer vRooms and via Kris+) in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions as set out below:

a.       The use of KrisFlyer miles to redeem an air ticket is subject to seat availability at the time of reservation or ticket issuance and must be used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the KrisFlyer programme, (available online at https://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/ppsclub_krisflyer/termsconditions-kf/).

b.       The use of KrisFlyer miles to redeem merchandise on KrisShop (available online at https://www.krisshop.com/en/) is subject to stock availability at the time of purchase and must be used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the KrisFlyer programme, and the terms of use of the KrisShop website (available online at https://www.krisshop.com/en/page/platform-and-sale-terms).

c.       The use of KrisFlyer miles to redeem hotel stays or car rentals on KrisFlyer vRooms (available online at https://www.krisflyervrooms.com) is subject to room/car availability at the time of booking and must be used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the KrisFlyer programme, and the terms of use of the KrisFlyer vRooms website (available online at https://www.krisflyervrooms.com/info/termsofuse.html).

d.       The use of KrisFlyer miles to redeem shopping, dining, wellness services via the Kris+ app must be used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the KrisFlyer programme, and the relevant Kris+ partners (available online at www.krisplus.com).

e.       The use of KrisFlyer miles to redeem for activities and experiences on Pelago must be used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the KrisFlyer programme, and terms of use of Pelago (available online at https://pages.pelago.co/en/terms-of-use).

17.   The Prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

18.   Transfer of the Prize from a Winner’s KrisFlyer account to another KrisFlyer member’s account is not permitted.

19.   Each Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes (including but not limited to local and/or income) in connection with the Prize (as the case may be).

20.   Unless otherwise specified, SIA is not responsible for and will not bear any and all expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred in the participation in the Lucky Draw.

21.   By participating in the Lucky Draw, each Participant:

i.       agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, contact number and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed or otherwise (collectively, “Processed”) by SIA for the purposes of facilitating the Lucky Draw, including to communicate with the winners on the Prizes. All collection, use, disclosure and processing of the Participants' personal data by SIA shall be in accordance with SIA's Privacy Policy (available online at https://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/privacy-policy).

ii.     agrees to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions, SIA’s conditions of use of its website, SIA’s Privacy Policy and the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions (available online at https://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/ppsclub_krisflyer/termsconditions-kf/). Non-compliance with or breach of any of these SIA Terms & Conditions may result in the Participant being disqualified at any stage of the Lucky Draw, and any prizes won may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or reclaimed, at SIA's sole and absolute discretion.

22.   To opt out of the Lucky Draw, Eligible Members and Participants may contact KrisFlyer Membership Services at KF_contact@singaporeair.com.sg.

23.   The method of determining winners in the Lucky Draw is on a fully random basis. All the entries entitle equal chance of winning. All decisions by SIA, in respect of all matters relating to the Lucky Draw shall be final. The demise of a Participant automatically disqualifies his/her entry.

24.   SIA reserves the right to verify the identity of the winners after the publication of the announcement of winners of the Lucky Draw (including but not limited to the time of the prize collection). If any winner is found not to meet the eligibility criteria, their qualification will be cancelled, and the prize will be awarded to the next winner in sequence on the replacement list. No objections will be accepted. The event has a list of replacement winners, which will be drawn on the same day as the Lucky Draw session.

25.   To the extent permitted under applicable law, SIA will not be responsible or liable for any consequences that any Participant may suffer (including without limitation any damage, loss, injury or disappointment) by entering the Lucky Draw or the Winner’s acceptance of any Prize.

27.   These terms and conditions are written in English and may be translated into Traditional Chinese. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and a Traditional Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.

28.   In case of any disputes, Singapore Airlines’ decision shall be final and conclusive.
