2. Visit Takashimaya Shopping Centre (Singapore) and present your SIA flight tickets or travel itinerary from agent at the Global Tax Free (GTF) Counter located at Customer Service Centre, Level 3, Takashimaya Department Store.
3. Upon successful verification, you will be given the Takashimaya Shopping Centre shopping vouchers.

Redemption details for Adventure Cove Waterpark One-Day Ticket

1. This promotion is reserved for KrisFlyer members who purchased Singapore Airlines ticket(s) to Singapore between 8 May and 3 June 2025, both dates inclusive, with travel date from 20 June to 31 December 2025.

2. Participants have to successfully registered their ticket(s) for the offer here. Registration is open from 8 May until 6 June 2025.

3. Eligible participants will receive Adventure Cove Waterpark One-Day ticket(s) with QR code by no later than 20 June 2025.

4. Each guest should scan their respective QR code at the entrance of Adventure Cove Waterpark. Each QR code admits 1 (one) guest.

Terms and Conditions: 

1. This Singapore Airlines and Mastercard Campaign for Adventure Cove Waterpark Adult One-Day Tickets (“Promotion”) is organized by Singapore Airlines Limited (“SIA”) and Mastercard®.

2. By participating in this Promotion, the participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions and any additional terms, amendments, or directives (“Terms”) which may be made or issued by SIA in its sole discretion either before or during the Promotion. SIA may vary the Terms without notice and/or liability to participants or to any other party.

3. 6. SIA will notify the Participants around 20 June 2025 (Announcement date”) via the email associated with their KrisFlyer account, providing details of the Adventure Cove Waterpark Adult One-Day Ticket and instructions on how to redeem it. SIA will endeavor to announce the information on the Announcement Date and at the advertised date, time and venue and in the manner advertised but reserves the right to announce it to the participants in such manner as it deems fit in its absolute discretion.

7. By participating in the Promotion, each participant:

a. Agrees to comply with and be bound by these Terms, SIA’s conditions of use of website and SIA’s Privacy Policy, (collectively, “SIA Terms & Conditions”). Non-compliance with or breach of any of these SIA Terms and Conditions may result in the participant being disqualified at any stage of the Promotion, and any Adventure Cove Waterpark Adult One-Day Ticket issued may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or reclaimed.

b. To the extent permitted under applicable law, in no event shall SIA, its subsidiaries, affiliates, associates and related companies, including the employees of all of the foregoing, be liable to any participant and/or to any party for any damages, expenses, claims, costs or losses of any kind in relation to these Terms, including without limitation, incidental, indirect, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages of any kind, including lost revenues or profits, loss of business or loss of data.

9. SIA reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Eligible Participants. The demise of an Eligible Participant automatically disqualifies him/her from this Promotion.

10. The Adventure Cove Waterpark Adult One-Day Ticket cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. SIA will not be responsible for: (a) any SPAM generated messages; (b) any SMS/WhatsApp/other messaging service message delivery failures; (c) lost, misdirected, late, incomplete, or unintelligible entries or for inaccurate entry information, whether caused by the participant(s) or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries; (d) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion; (e) any error in the operation or transmission, theft, destruction, loss, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, or for technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software, malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive any entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website; (f) injury or damage to the participant or any other computer or mobile resulting from downloading any materials in connection with the Promotion; (g) if the Participants do not have mobile phones or other gadgets or means that support the Promotion’s technical requirements; (h) if the Participant has registered himself/herself to the DND of the telecom provider/ Participant has specifically requested for not receiving messages for the specific campaign/contests. 13. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

14. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SIA’s liability under any guarantee, condition or warranty (including, without limitation, any guarantee, condition or warranty of merchantability, acceptable quality, fitness for purpose or fitness for disclosed result), or any other right or remedy, under any legislation or implied into these Terms by any legislation (Statutory Warranties) is hereby excluded. Where SIA is liable under any Statutory Warranties, and any legislation avoids or prohibits provisions in a contract excluding or modifying the application of, or exercise of, or liability under, such Statutory Warranties, SIA’s liability for any breach of such Statutory Warranties shall be limited, at SIA’s option, to one or more of the following: (a) if the breach relates to goods: the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods; the repair of such goods; the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods; or the cost of having the goods repaired; and (b) if the breach relates to services: the supplying of the services again or the cost of having the services supplied again. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that reliance by SIA on this limitation of liability is fair and reasonable in all circumstances.

15.  Force Majeure

SIA accepts no liability for any delay or failure to perform its obligations in relation to the Promotion and under these Terms if such a delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond SIA’s reasonable control.

16.  Copyright

All copyright in the Materials (including, without limitation, text, graphics, logos, icons, sound recordings and software) are owned by SIA in its individual capacity respectively and its licensors. Material procured from a third party may be the subject of copyright owned by that third party. Except as expressly authorized, and subject to the conditions prescribed under, the Copyright Act or except as expressly permitted by these terms and conditions or as is reasonably contemplated by, the normal use of the Service, the participants may not, in any form or by any means: (a) copy, adapt, reproduce, store, distribute, print, display, perform, publish, communicate to the public, make available to public or create derivative works of the whole or any part of the Materials; or (b) commercialize the whole or any part of the Materials, without the express written permission of the organizers or, in the case of third party material, from the owner of the copyright in that material.

17.  Trademarks

Trademarks used on the Site are a trademark or registered trademark of Singapore Airlines Limited and. The participants must not use any of SIA’s trademarks: (a) in or as the whole or part of the participants’ own trademarks; (b) in connection with any business, products or services which are not SIA’s; (c) in a manner which may be confusing, misleading or deceptive to any person; or (d) in a manner that disparages SIA, the Materials, and/or the Site.

18.  Public Statements

The participants are not permitted to make any public statements, including but not limited to posts on social media platforms, in relation to this Promotion without the prior written permission of SIA.

19.  No Waiver

No failure or delay by SIA to exercise any right, power or remedy shall operate as a waiver of it nor shall any partial exercise preclude any further exercise of any right, power or remedy, or of some other right, power or remedy.

20.  Severability

In the event that any term or condition of this Terms is determined by a court or adjudicator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalid or unenforceable term or condition shall be deemed to be deleted from these Terms and the remainder of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
