As the Official Lifestyle Rewards Partner of “Lady Gaga in Singapore”, KrisFlyer is inviting members to join the KrisFlyer Members X Lady Gaga in Singapore Lucky Draw to stand a chance to win a pair of coveted Lady Gaga in Singapore - On Stage Experience tickets (worth S$1,348 each) to one of the four shows on 18, 19, 21 and 24 May 2025.  

Four (4) lucky winners will receive a pair of On Stage Experience tickets each. Each prize includes:

  • Two premium seated tickets in CAT 1
  • Unprecedented stage access for a photo opportunity by a professional photographer from where Lady Gaga will perform later*
  • Special escort to designated seats

Who is eligible to participate in this lucky draw?

This lucky draw is open to all KrisFlyer members who have made at least one (1) KrisFlyer miles accrual or redemption transaction in their KrisFlyer membership account between 1 May 2024 and 13 April 2025.  

 

How to participate?

Step 1: Register your interest to participate in the lucky draw by submitting your registration form here by Tuesday, 22 April 2025, 23:59hr (GMT+8).

Step 2: From 14 April to 22 April 2025, make one (1) qualifying purchase of at least SGD 100 on the Kris+ app, on KrisShop.com, on Pelago.com or the Pelago app, in a single transaction with a Mastercard credit/debit card.  

 

Lucky draw terms to note:

  • Registration and participation period: 14 April 2025, 00:01hr (GMT+8) to 22 April 2025, 23:59hr (GMT+8).
  • Each member is entitled to one (1) chance in the lucky draw, regardless of the number of transactions made with Kris+, KrisShop and/or Pelago during the contest period.
  • Four (4) winners will be randomly selected and awarded tickets to one of the four show dates (18, 19, 21 or 24 May 2025) at random.
  • Winners will be contacted via their KrisFlyer-registered email address by 13 May 2025, 23:59hr (GMT+8).
  • The prize awarded is final, and cannot be exchanged for cash or put up for sale.
  • The prize is non-transferable and must be personally used by each winner.
  • The date of the prize assigned to the respective winners cannot be changed.
  • Any transactions found to be invalid, cancelled or refunded between 14 April 2025 and the concert date will result in the prize being forfeited.  
  • Admission to the Concert is at all times subject to the terms and conditions of the promoter and venue operator. Failure to comply with any promoter or venue terms and conditions may result in refusal of admission or request to leave the venue without any refund.

All active KrisFlyer members who have at least one (1) miles accrual or redemption transaction between 1 May 2024 to 13 April 2025 on their KrisFlyer accounts.

Eligible transaction(s) would be recorded as an accrual or redemption in members’ KrisFlyer statements. Members can log in to their accounts on singaporeair.com or the SingaporeAir mobile app to view their statements. 

  1. Ensure that you submit your KrisFlyer account details accurately via the Registration Form by 22 April 2025, 23:59hr (GMT+8). Your registration is confirmed when you are directed to the confirmation page as follows:

No, each eligible KrisFlyer member is only entitled to one (1) chance in the lucky draw. 

A payment of minimum SGD 100 (including GST) in a single transaction using a Mastercard® debit or credit card (via Apple Pay or Google Pay) at any of the Kris+ partner outlets in Singapore and Australia (Melbourne and Sydney), directly through the Kris+ app, during the particpation period.

Pelago bookings and KrisShop purchases via the Kris+ app are also considered valid Kris+ app transactions.

Ensure that you are logged in to the same KrisFlyer membership account that is registered into the lucky draw, on the Kris+ app.

A successful booking of minimum SGD 100 (including GST) in a single transaction using a Mastercard® debit or credit card, on the Pelago website or Pelago app, during the participation period.

Ensure that you are logged in to the same KrisFlyer membership account that is registered into the lucky draw or to key in the accurate KrisFlyer membership number at the checkout page, on the Pelago website or app.

A completed purchase of minimum SGD 100 (including GST) in a single transaction using a Mastercard® debit or credit card, on KrisShop.com during the participation period.

Ensure that you are logged in to the same KrisFlyer membership account that is registered into the lucky draw, on KrisShop.com.

Winners will receive an email in their KrisFlyer-registered email address by 13 May 2025, 23:59hr (GMT+8). Winners must acknowledge and accept the prize by replying to the email within three (3) working days, failing which the prize will be passed on to another KrisFlyer member.

The results of the draw will also be published on this lucky draw website by 13 May 2025, 23:59hr (GMT+8).

No, the prize awarded is final, cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, or exchanged for another concert date.  

Winners will receive an email from KrisFlyer after accepting their prizes, with instructions to retrieve their Print-At-Home (or PAH E-tickets) in their verified Ticketmaster Singapore account.
