KrisFlyer Login: Email and Password Change

We will enhance the security of our members’ accounts and improve the login experience by introducing the following two changes from 24 September 2019:

  1. You will have the flexibility to log in to your KrisFlyer membership account using the email address registered with your account. Alternatively, you may continue to log in to your account with your 10-digit KrisFlyer membership number.
  2. The current 6-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) used for KrisFlyer member login will be replaced with a password login. The password must contain 8 to 16 alphanumeric characters and include a combination of:
    • Numbers (0-9),
    • Uppercase and lowercase letters (A-Z and a-z), and
    • Special characters (!@#$%^&*())

 

You will be prompted to update your current PIN to a password when you log in to any of the following websites or mobile app:

  • singaporeair.com
  • SingaporeAir mobile app
  • KrisPay mobile app
  • KrisShop.com
  • KrisFlyervRooms.com
  • KrisFlyerSpree.com
  • FlyScoot.com (KrisFlyer Login)

 

From 24 September 2019, KrisFlyer members without a PIN can click here to create a password.

A. Log in Using Password

 
  1. How do I log in using a password login on the SingaporeAir mobile app?

    The SingaporeAir mobile app must be updated to the latest version via the Google Play or App Store. To facilitate a smooth transition, please ensure you re-launch the updated app and log in using your new password. Please log in by clicking on the Avatar icon on the top right hand corner of the mobile app.

  2. How do I change my current 6-digit PIN to a password for log in on or after 24 September 2019?

    From 24 September 2019, you will be prompted to update your PIN to a password when you log in to your KrisFlyer account. Please refer to the screens below for reference.

    Alternatively, you may use the “Reset Password” link here to change your 6-digit PIN to a password now.

    Two-factor authentication (2FA) process will be triggered as part of the password change process. If your mobile number or email address registered with your KrisFlyer account is not up-to-date, please contact KrisFlyer Membership Services to update your contact information now.

      

  3. Can I still log in to my KrisFlyer account using my 6-digit PIN on or after 24 September 2019?

    Yes. We recommend that you update your 6-digit PIN to a password.

    The 6-digit PIN will be renamed as “Phone PIN”, which can be used for verification purposes when you call KrisFlyer Membership Services.
  4. On which channels will the new password be supported for log in?

    The password is supported on all online channels where a member would log in using his/her KrisFlyer Membership Number/registered Email address, namely:
    • Singaporeair.com
    • SingaporeAir mobile app
    • KrisPay mobile app
    • KrisShop.com
    • KrisFlyervRooms.com
    • KrisFlyerSpree.com
    • FlyScoot.com (KrisFlyer Login)
     

B. KrisFlyer Login Using Email Address

 
  1. How do I log in to my KrisFlyer membership account using my email address?

    From 24 September 2019, simply key in the email address registered with your KrisFlyer account in the “KrisFlyer number / Email address” field, together with your password to log in to your KrisFlyer account.

    To check or update your email address registered with your KrisFlyer account, log in to your KrisFlyer account, go to Profile > Personal details to view/edit your contact details.
  2. Do I need to indicate my preference to log in with email address?

    Members simply need to key in their email address as the user ID in the KrisFlyer login widget, no prior indication on login preference is necessary. However, you will need to ensure that the email address registered with your KrisFlyer account is up-to-date, and is not shared with another KrisFlyer account.
  3. What should I do if my KrisFlyer account and my family member’s KrisFlyer account share the same registered email address?

    To log in using your email address, KrisFlyer accounts that share a common email address will be required to update the email addresses such that each account has its own unique email address. Alternatively, you may continue to use your 10-digit KrisFlyer membership number to log in.
  4. Can I still continue to use my KrisFlyer membership number to login?

    Yes, you can still continue to use your 10-digit KrisFlyer membership number to log in to your KrisFlyer account.

C. KrisFlyer Login Password

 
  1. Why is Singapore Airlines introducing the switch from 6-digit PIN to password for KrisFlyer login?

    Singapore Airlines is committed to providing our customers with a high level of online security when they visit and transact on singaporeair.com. The change from a 6-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) to a password has been introduced as part of our ongoing efforts to enhance online security for the benefit of our members.
  2. When will the change to password for KrisFlyer login take effect?

    The change to password for KrisFlyer login will take effect from 24 September 2019, 0000hrs (GMT+8). Members who log in using their 6-digit PIN on or after this date will be prompted to create a password.
  3. What is the new password requirement?

    The password must contain 8 to 16 alphanumeric characters and include a combination of:
    • Numbers (0-9),

  4. Why do I need to ensure that my mobile number and email address in my KrisFlyer account in up-to-date?

    As we will send you a two-factor authentication (2FA) SMS/email to your registered mobile number or email address as part of the password change process, please ensure that your mobile number and email address in your KrisFlyer account is up-to-date.
  5. How do I update the mobile number and email address in my KrisFlyer account?
    1. Log in to your KrisFlyer account
    2. Go to “Profile” > "Personal Details"
    3. Update your mobile number and email address
     

D. Managing Password / Phone PIN

 
  1. How do I create a password if I have not yet set up my login credentials?
    1. Go to singaporeair.com or the SingaporeAir mobile app and click on “Log-in”
    2. Click on “Reset Password”
    3. Enter the email address registered to your KrisFlyer account under “Reset your password”
    4. A link to reset your password will be sent to you

  2. How can I update my password after it has been created?
    1. Log in to your KrisFlyer account
    2. Go to “Profile” > “Security”
    3. Enter your current password and new password to update
  3. I forgot my new password after I created it, what should I do?
    1. Go to singaporeair.com or the SingaporeAir mobile app and click on “Log-in”
    2. Click on “Reset Password”
    3. Enter the email address registered to your KrisFlyer account under “Reset your password”
    4. A link to reset your password will be sent to you

  4. I made several attempts to log in to my KrisFlyer account but was unsuccessful, what should I do?

    If you tried logging in three times and were unsuccessful, your KrisFlyer account will be locked for security reasons. To unlock your account, you will need to reset your password.

    To reset your password on the SingaporeAir mobile app, tap on “Reset Password” and a link to reset your password will be sent to the email address registered in your KrisFlyer account. On the KrisPay mobile app, singaporeair.com and all other websites, click on “Need help logging in?” to reset your password.

    Alternatively, you may contact KrisFlyer Membership Services for assistance or wait 24 hours before trying again.
  5. How do I create or update my Phone PIN?
    1. Log in to your KrisFlyer account
    2. Go to “Profile” > “Security”
    3. Create/Update your phone PIN

    Thereafter, your updated phone PIN will be used for verification purposes when you call KrisFlyer Membership Services.
