Beverage Service
Throughout the journey, you can enjoy a selection of hot and cold drinks, including soft drinks, juices, and hot beverages. Our signature Singapore Sling is also available on board, along with a curated list of other alcoholic beverages.

For flights between Brussels and Osaka, the weight concept applies. For checked baggage, Economy Class customers have 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Premium Economy Class customers have 35kg, and Business Class customers have 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final baggage allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on our Brussels to Osaka journey once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can choose from paid plans. The connection is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On the Brussels to Singapore Airbus A350-900 sector, Economy Class offers a 32-inch seat pitch with up to 19-inch seat width, Premium Economy Class provides a 38-inch pitch with up to 20-inch seat width, and Business Class features a fully flat bed with direct aisle access. Yes, Singapore Airlines provides lounge access to eligible passengers with a layover in Singapore. Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available.

At Singapore Changi Airport, eligible passengers may be able to access the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on cabin class and membership status.

Lounge Access Eligibility
Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The Next Segment Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Brussels but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

Singapore Changi Airport is designed for comfortable and engaging layovers, with extensive shopping, dining, and relaxation areas. If you have at least 5.5 to 6 hours between flights, you may be able to join an official transit tour into the city, subject to eligibility and timing.

For shorter layovers, you can stay airside and enjoy indoor gardens, quiet rest zones, entertainment areas, and, in some terminals, facilities such as swimming pools or cinema-style screens. There are also transit hotels if you prefer private rest during longer connections.

Osaka follows Japan Standard Time (UTC+9) all year and does not observe daylight saving time. This means Osaka is 8 hours ahead of Brussels in winter, and 7 hours ahead in summer.

Through-Check Conditions
For your bags to be sent directly to your final destination, the following general conditions must be met:

Layover Duration: Your connection in Singapore must be less than 24 hours. If your layover exceeds 24 hours, it is considered a stopover, and you will typically be required to collect your luggage and re-check it for your onward flight.

Partner Airlines: If your onward flight from Singapore to Osaka is operated by a partner airline, Singapore Airlines has through-check agreements that usually allow your bags to be tagged to your final destination.
