For flights between Cairns and San Francisco, the piece concept applies for checked baggage. Checked baggage: Economy Class customers may check in 2 pieces, each up to 23kg. Premium Economy Class customers may check in 2 pieces, each up to 23kg. Business Class customers may check in 2 pieces, each up to 32kg. Each individual checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage: Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final baggage allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Cairns to San Francisco once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet.
