Throughout the flight, you can enjoy a selection of hot and cold drinks. Our signature Singapore Sling is also available on board, adding a distinctive touch to your journey.

For flights between Cairns and Surabaya, the weight concept applies. In Economy Class, the checked baggage allowance is 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. In Business Class, the checked baggage allowance is 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg in weight.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final allowance for your trip is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Cairns to Surabaya once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. KrisFlyer members enjoy free and unlimited Wi-Fi; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans on board.

The service is ideal for messaging, email, and basic browsing. It does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers, so we recommend using it mainly for lighter online activities during your journey.

Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Cairns but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

Singapore Changi Airport is purpose-built for comfortable layovers, with themed gardens, quiet zones, and art installations throughout its terminals. If your connection is at least 5.5 hours, you can consider joining one of the airport's free transit tours into the city, subject to availability and entry requirements.

For shorter layovers, stay airside and enjoy amenities such as relaxation areas, showers, and a wide choice of dining and shopping. Some terminals also feature attractions like indoor gardens and play zones, which are ideal if you are travelling with family.

Through-Check Conditions
For your bags to be sent directly to your final destination, the following general conditions must be met:
