For flights between Xiamen and Milan, our weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are as follows: Economy Class passengers may bring 25kg on Lite and Value fares, or 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Premium Economy Class passengers may bring 35kg, and Business Class passengers may bring 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your exact allowance will be shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet on both sectors of the Xiamen–Milan journey. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class passengers must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Xiamen but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

At Singapore Changi Airport, you can enjoy themed gardens, quiet rest areas, and a wide choice of dining and shopping without leaving the terminal. For longer layovers of at least 5.5 to 6 hours, you can consider the official transit tour options to see highlights of the city, subject to availability and entry requirements. Shorter connections are best spent exploring the terminal facilities, freshening up, or relaxing before your onward flight.
