For flights between Zurich and Kochi, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class 25kg on Lite/Value fares and 30kg on Standard/Flexi fares, Premium Economy Class 35kg, Business Class 40kg, and First Class 50kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while First Class and Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Zurich to Kochi once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Zurich but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only. Eligible travellers may use facilities such as The Private Room, SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), and the KrisFlyer Gold Lounge at Singapore (SIN).

If you have a longer connection at Singapore Changi Airport, you can consider joining the official free city tour, which typically requires a minimum layover of around 5.5 to 6 hours. For shorter layovers, you can stay airside and enjoy gardens, rest areas, and other airport amenities. Depending on your terminal, you may find features such as indoor gardens, quiet zones, and transit hotels where you can rest between flights.
