For flights between Hyderabad and Surabaya, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are as follows: Economy Class passengers may check 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Business Class passengers may check up to 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final allowance shown on your e-ticket is based on your specific fare, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on most Singapore Airlines services on the Hyderabad–Surabaya route once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Hyderabad but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

Singapore Changi Airport offers extensive facilities for both short and longer layovers, including themed gardens, rest areas, and entertainment zones. For layovers of about 5.5 hours or more, you may be able to join an official transit tour into the city, subject to timing and eligibility, allowing you to see key sights before returning airside.

If you prefer to stay in the terminal, you can explore butterfly and sunflower gardens, indoor art and water features, and quiet zones for rest. Some terminals also offer pay-per-use lounges, nap areas, and transit hotels where you can relax or freshen up before your next flight.
