Throughout the flight, you can enjoy a selection of hot and cold drinks. Our signature Singapore Sling is also available on board, alongside a choice of other beverages to accompany your meals.

For flights between Ahmedabad and Hangzhou, the weight concept applies for checked baggage. In Economy Class, Lite and Value fares include 25kg of checked baggage, while Standard and Flexi fares include 30kg. In Business Class, the checked baggage allowance is 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final baggage allowance is indicated on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Ahmedabad to Hangzhou once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members, although Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans on board. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On both the Ahmedabad–Singapore and Singapore–Hangzhou sectors, Economy Class seats typically offer a 32-inch pitch with up to 19-inch seat width, providing comfortable legroom for the journey. Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Ahmedabad but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

In Singapore (SIN), eligible passengers may use facilities such as the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), and KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on their cabin and status.

Singapore Changi Airport offers extensive facilities that make layovers comfortable and engaging. For longer connections, you can join one of the airport’s free transit tours into the city, which typically require a layover of at least 5.5 to 6 hours, depending on the tour and timing.

If you prefer to stay airside or have a shorter layover, you can explore themed gardens, rest areas, quiet zones, and, in some terminals, attractions such as play areas or viewing decks. There are also shower facilities and airport hotels if you would like additional privacy and rest.

Dining, shopping, and relaxation spaces are spread across the terminals, so you can enjoy a meal, pick up travel essentials, or simply unwind between flights. Your time at Singapore Changi Airport is more than just a wait — it is an integral part of your journey.

Ahmedabad operates on India Standard Time, which is UTC+5:30 and does not observe daylight saving time. Hangzhou operates on China Standard Time, which is UTC+8 and also does not observe daylight saving time. Hangzhou is therefore 2.5 hours ahead of Ahmedabad throughout the year.
