For flights between Denpasar Bali and Seoul, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are 25kg for Economy Class Lite and Value fares, 30kg for Economy Class Standard and Flexi fares, 40kg for Business Class, and each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage allowances are 1 piece up to 7kg for Economy Class, and 2 pieces each up to 7kg for Business Class. The final allowance for your trip is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights on this route once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members, although Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. With a longer connection of around 5.5 hours or more, you may be able to join the airports official free city tour, subject to eligibility and operating times.
