For flights between Frankfurt and Kathmandu, the weight concept applies. For checked baggage, Economy Class passengers may check 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Premium Economy Class passengers may check 35kg, Business Class 40kg, and Suites or First Class 50kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Suites, First Class, and Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights on this route once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On both the Frankfurt to Singapore and Singapore to Kathmandu sectors, Economy Class offers a seat pitch of around 32 inches with up to 19 inches of seat width, and Premium Economy Class on the long-haul sector offers around 38 inches of pitch with up to 20 inches of seat width. The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Frankfurt but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.
