For flights between New York and Dhaka, the piece concept applies for checked baggage. In Business Class, you may check in 2 pieces, each up to 32kg. In Premium Economy Class, you may check in 2 pieces, each up to 23kg. In Economy Class, you may check in 2 pieces, each up to 23kg. Each individual checked piece must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg, while Premium Economy Class and Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from New York to Dhaka once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The Next Segment Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from New York but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.
