Throughout the journey, a selection of hot and cold drinks is available, including juices, soft drinks, teas, and coffees. You can also enjoy our signature Singapore Sling on board, along with a curated range of other beverages.

For flights between Paris and Auckland, our weight-concept baggage policy applies. In Economy Class, Lite and Value fares include 25kg of checked baggage, while Standard and Flexi fares include 30kg. Premium Economy Class includes 35kg of checked baggage, and Business Class includes 40kg. First Class includes 50kg of checked baggage. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while First Class and Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your exact allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Paris to Auckland once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans on board. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

In Singapore, eligible customers may be invited to facilities such as The Private Room, SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge.

Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Paris but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

With a longer layover, you can consider joining an official transit tour into the city, which usually requires several hours between flights and appropriate entry eligibility. Shorter connections can be enjoyed entirely airside, with options such as spa services, walking trails, children’s play areas, and a variety of dining choices. Auckland follows New Zealand Standard Time (UTC+12) in winter and New Zealand Daylight Time (UTC+13) from late September to early April. This means Auckland is usually 11 hours ahead of Paris during the European winter and 10 or 11 hours ahead during the European summer, depending on overlapping daylight saving periods.
