For flights between Seoul and Ho Chi Minh City, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class, 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares; Business Class, 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Business Class passengers may bring 1 and 2 pieces respectively, each up to 7kg. The final allowance for your trip is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights on this route once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. The connection is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On both the Seoul to Singapore and Singapore to Ho Chi Minh City sectors, Economy Class seats offer around 32-inch pitch with up to 19-inch seat width, providing comfortable space for regional travel.
