For flights between Colombo and Denpasar Bali, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class (Lite and Value fares: 25kg; Standard and Flexi: 30kg) and Business Class (40kg). Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage allowances are: Economy Class (1 piece, up to 7kg) and Business Class (2 pieces, each up to 7kg). Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on most Singapore Airlines aircraft on this route once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On both the Colombo–Singapore and Singapore–Denpasar Bali sectors, Economy Class seats offer a 32-inch pitch with up to 19-inch seat width, providing comfortable space for most travellers. Business Class features seats that convert into a fully flat bed, with every seat offering direct aisle access for greater privacy and ease of movement.

Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available.

Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The Next Segment Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Colombo but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only. Eligible customers may be able to use the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on their class of travel and membership status.

If you have a longer layover at Singapore Changi Airport, you can consider joining a free official transit tour into the city, which typically requires at least a 5.5- to 6-hour connection to take part comfortably. For shorter layovers, you can stay airside and enjoy attractions such as indoor gardens, relaxation zones, and open spaces ideal for stretching your legs. You will also find a wide range of dining options, quiet areas, and airport hotels or nap facilities to freshen up between flights. Your time at Singapore Changi Airport is more than just a wait — it's an integral part of your journey.

Colombo follows Sri Lanka Standard Time (UTC+5:30) and does not observe daylight saving time. Denpasar Bali uses Central Indonesia Time (UTC+8) year-round. Denpasar is therefore 2.5 hours ahead of Colombo throughout the year.

For your bags to be sent directly to your final destination, the following general conditions must be met:
