For flights between New York and Denpasar Bali, the piece concept applies for checked baggage. For checked baggage, Premium Economy Class customers may check in 2 pieces, each up to 23kg. Business Class customers may check in 2 pieces, each up to 32kg, and each individual piece must not exceed 32kg.

For example, if you fly Economy from New York but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only. If you have a longer layover at Singapore Changi Airport, you can join an official transit tour into the city, which typically requires at least 5.5 to 6 hours of connecting time. This lets you see key highlights before returning to the airport for your onward flight.
