For flights between Penang and Osaka, the weight concept applies. For checked baggage, Economy Class customers have an allowance of 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Business Class customers enjoy a 40kg checked baggage allowance. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg in weight. For cabin baggage, Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your exact allowance will be shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members have additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on most Singapore Airlines flights from Penang to Osaka once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. The Next Segment Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Penang but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.
