If I purchased a ticket with mix miles and cash and was issued a ticket before 1 July 2025, and make a change to the ticket on or after 1 July 2025, is there a change in the required amount of KrisFlyer miles?
If there is no additional payable component of the ticket, there will be no change in the required amount of KrisFlyer miles.

If there is an additional payable component of the ticket, you may opt to use KrisFlyer miles to pay for the additional payable component at the revised mix miles and cash rate of 100 KrisFlyer miles per SGD 1. For avoidance of doubt, there will be no refunds for the KrisFlyer miles already utilised before 1 July 2025.

What if I refund a Singapore Airlines ticket that was partially paid with KrisFlyer miles, that was issued before 1 July 2025? How many miles will I get back?
Refunds are subject to fare conditions of your ticket and applicable terms and conditions. If you are eligible for a refund, the number of KrisFlyer miles refunded to you will be calculated based on the following:

1. If the ticket has not been flown (i.e. you did not travel on all sectors of the itinerary in your ticket), the KrisFlyer miles used for your ticket will be refunded to your KrisFlyer account.
2. If the ticket has been partially flown (i.e. you travelled on part of the itinerary in your ticket), the amount of KrisFlyer miles refunded to your KrisFlyer account will be pro-rated based on the proportion of the unused fare to the total fare.
3. If the ticket was paid for with KrisFlyer miles using a mixture of the new rate of 100 KrisFlyer miles per SGD 1, and the old rate of 105 KrisFlyer miles per SGD 1, the KrisFlyer miles refunded to your KrisFlyer account will be based on a weighted average of KrisFlyer miles based on the applicable redemption rates.

What if I refund a Scoot ticket that was partially paid with KrisFlyer miles, issued before 1 July 2025?
If your Scoot booking is eligible for a refund and your KrisFlyer miles have not expired (based on the date of expiry applicable to the miles), the number of KrisFlyer miles used to redeem your ticket will be refunded to your KrisFlyer account.

What if I refund a KrisShop purchase that was fully/or partially paid with KrisFlyer miles, made before 1 July 2025?
Under the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms, KrisFlyer miles used for purchases are generally non-refundable. However, in exceptional cases, such as if an item is defective, damaged, or out of stock, we may make an exception and process a full refund of the miles used. In cases where the refund is partial (e.g., one item from a multi-item order), the refund will be issued in the form of a KrisShop electronic voucher equivalent to the purchase value of the affected item(s). 

What if I refund a Pelago activity that was fully paid with KrisFlyer miles, made before 1 July 2025?
Refunds are subject to the Pelago Terms of Use. The earn and redemption of KrisFlyer miles on Pelago purchases is subject to Pelago’s Earn KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions and Singapore Airlines’ KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.

(a) If your booking is eligible for a full refund, the full amount of KrisFlyer miles used will be returned to your KrisFlyer account. Please allow up to two weeks for any refunded KrisFlyer miles to be credited back into your KrisFlyer account.

(b) If your booking is eligible for a partial refund, the number of KrisFlyer miles utilised for the booking will be pro-rated and converted into SGD at the prevailing miles redemption rate at the time of booking, to determine the refund value. You will then receive a Pelago promo code equivalent to the refund value. This promo code will be valid for 3 years and can be used on your next Pelago booking.

What will happen to the KrisPay miles in my Kris+ account?
The number of KrisPay miles in your Kris+ account will remain unchanged.

• Before 1 July 2025, your KrisPay miles are redeemable based on approximate SGD 1 = 150 miles.

You will still receive the referral reward, but the number of KrisPay miles credited to you under the referral reward will be dependent on the date of your first eligible transaction made using the Kris+ app.

• If the referral code was entered before 1 July 2025 and the eligible transaction was made before 1 July 2025, your reward will be 750 KrisPay miles (issued based on approximate SGD 1 = 150 miles).
• If the referral code was entered before 1 July 2025 and the eligible transaction was made on or after 1 July 2025, your reward will be 500 KrisPay miles (issued based on approximate SGD 1 = 100 miles).

What if I made a Kris+ transaction before 1 July 2025 with miles (either fully or partially paid with miles), and would like to refund?
If you are eligible for a refund, and the refund was successful on or after 1 July 2025, the number of KrisPay miles refunded will be calculated based on the approximate SGD dollar value of the original transaction.

• If 1,500 KrisPay miles were redeemed for a purchase of SGD 10 before 1 July 2025 and the transaction is successfully refunded before 1 July 2025, 1,500 KrisPay miles will be refunded (based on approximate SGD 1 = 150 miles).
• If 1,500 KrisPay miles were redeemed for a purchase of SGD 10 before 1 July 2025 and the transaction is successfully refunded on or after 1 July 2025, 1,000 KrisPay miles will be refunded (based on the updated miles redemption rate ie, approximate SGD 1 = 100 miles).

Update to KrisFlyer Milestone Reward at 5,000 Elite miles
Under the KrisFlyer Milestone Rewards terms, eligible KrisFlyer members can earn a KrisPay miles reward with an approximate value of SGD 10 upon reaching the 5,000 Elite miles milestone. With the redemption rate change, the number of KrisPay miles awarded for the 5000 Elite miles milestone will be 1,000 KrisPay miles if you log in to your Kris+ app to receive the milestone reward on or after 1 July 2025.

• If the KrisFlyer Milestone Reward was issued before 1 July 2025 and if you log in to Kris+ before 1 July 2025, you will be issued 1,500 KrisPay miles (based on approximate SGD 1 = 150 miles).
• If the KrisFlyer Milestone Reward was issued before 1 July 2025 and if you log in to Kris+ on or after 1 July 2025, you will be issued 1,000 KrisPay miles (based on approximate SGD 1 = 100 miles).

Update to PPS Club Membership Renewal/ Welcome Gift Vouchers on Kris+
For PPS Club members who have unused membership gift vouchers that were issued on Kris+ before 1 July 2025:

• If you log in to Kris+ before 1 July 2025, you will be issued KrisPay miles with an approximate value of SGD280/SGD380, i.e. 42,000 KrisPay miles (for PPS Club members) or 57,000 KrisPay miles (Solitaire PPS Club members) (based on approximate SGD1 = 150 miles).
• If you log in to Kris+ on or after 1 July 2025, you will be issued KrisPay miles with an approximate value of SGD280/SGD380,i.e. 28,000 KrisPay miles (for PPS Club members) or 38,000 KrisPay miles (Solitaire PPS Club members) (based on approximate SGD 1 = 100 miles).
