Earn Status Credits Beyond the Skies

Prior to 1 September 2025, PPS Club members can only earn PPS Value from flights on Singapore Airlines' Suites/First and Business Class while KrisFlyer members can only earn Elite miles from flights on Singapore Airlines, Scoot, Star Alliance and selected partner airlines. From 1 September 2025 0000hrs (GMT +8), your everyday spend with the Singapore Airlines Group non-flight entities will help count towards your PPS Club or KrisFlyer Elite tier status upgrade1 or status renewal.
PPS Club members will earn 1 PPS Value for every SGD 3 spent on Kris+ shopping and dining in Singapore and Australia2, KrisShop purchases, and Pelago experiences bookings.
KrisFlyer members will earn 1 Elite mile for every SGD 1 spent on Kris+ shopping and dining in Singapore and Australia3, KrisShop purchases, and Pelago experiences bookings.
1 Within 12 consecutive months when tracking towards upgrade to PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite tier membership
2 PPS Club members will earn 1 PPS Value for every AUD 3 spent on Kris+ in Australia (Melbourne & Sydney)

Introduction of Access Redemption
Launched on 1 November 2025
With Access redemption, you will have an added option to use your KrisFlyer miles to pay and secure confirmed Singapore Airlines flight tickets immediately on your preferred flights as long as there are available seats. The number of miles required for seat confirmation will differ based on the demand for seats and may vary throughout the year.
Seats available for Access redemption are over and above the seats available for award flights. With the new Access redemption option, you will be able to use your miles to secure available seats on your preferred flights even if award seats are fully redeemed.
This new Access redemption option will be available for miles payment from 1 November 2025 0000hrs (GMT +8) on singaporeair.com and via the SingaporeAir mobile app.

Adjustments4 to Award Rates for Flight Redemptions and Upgrades
Effective 1 November 2025
As part of our periodical review, we will be adjusting the miles redemption and upgrade award charts across Singapore Airlines, Star Alliance and partner airlines for flights ticketed on or after 1 November 2025 0000hrs (GMT+8).
Members will benefit from a reduction of 5% in Economy Saver award redemption rates for flights within Asia and South West Pacific (Zones 1 to 9).
Business and Suites/First Saver award redemption rates for Zones 1 to 9 will increase by 5%.
Saver award rates will increase by 5% across all cabin classes for flights to and from Europe and the United States of America (Zones 11 to 13). For flights to and from Africa, the Middle East, and Turkey (Zone 10), rates will rise by 10 to 20%.
Advantage award rates across all zones and cabin classes, except for Zone 10, will increase by 10 to 15%. For Zone 10, the Economy Advantage rates will increase by 5%, the Business Advantage rates by 18%, and Suites/First Advantage rates by 15%.
All redemption bookings confirmed and ticketed on or before 31 October 2025 2359hrs (GMT+8) will be based on current award rates.

Introduction of Scoot Award Flights
Launched on 13 August 2025
Redeem your KrisFlyer miles for Scoot award flights, for travel in Economy Class to more than 70 destinations across Scoot’s network, for yourself and/or up to five redemption nominees.
There are two categories of award flights – Saver and Advantage awards. While Saver awards require less miles to redeem, they are more limited in inventory. Advantage awards require more miles to redeem, but they offer a choice of more seats.
The miles required for a one-way Saver award between Singapore and Malaysia start from just 1,500 miles, and the flight award applies to the base fare. Additional purchases such as extra baggage allowance and meals onboard can be purchased with cash during the redemption booking transaction.

Improvement to the mix KrisFlyer miles and cash rate
Launched on 1 July 2025
The mix KrisFlyer miles and cash rate to offset the cost of flight tickets on Singapore Airlines and Scoot has been improved, where 100 miles is equivalent to SGD 1. A minimum of 1,000 miles is required (previously 1,050 miles).

Improvement to the non-flight redemption rates for Kris+

The redemption rate for the three SIA Group non-flight entities, Kris+, KrisShop and Pelago, has been adjusted and standardised. Redeem your miles on dining and shopping rewards with Kris+ at an improved rate of 100 KrisPay miles = SGD 1.
Before 1 July 2025, a minimum of 15 KrisPay miles is required for redemption. From 1 July 2025, a minimum of 10 KrisPay miles is required for redemption. You may top up your KrisPay wallet by converting KrisFlyer miles to KrisPay miles at a rate of 1 KrisFlyer mile to 1 KrisPay mile.
