Checking in with partner airlines

When you book with Singapore Airlines, you may be flying on a flight operated by our partner airlines—even if the flight code begins with SQ. The operating carrier of each flight in your booking can be found on your itinerary.

 

If the first flight in your itinerary is operated by a partner airline, you’ll need to check in at the partner airline’s website or counter.

Codeshare flight

Has a 4-digit SQ flight code (e.g. SQ 8542), but is operated by our partner airline. Check in at our partner airline’s website or counter.

Partner flight

Has a 3 or 4-digit flight number with another airline’s flight code (e.g. OZ 384), and is operated by our partner airline. Check in at our partner airline’s website or counter.

Scoot flight

Has a TR flight code (e.g. TR 18), and is operated by Scoot. Check in on flyscoot.com, or at the Scoot-operated airport counter.

If the first flight in your itinerary is operated by Singapore Airlines, and you have connecting flights operated by our partner airlines—you can check in with Singapore Airlines for all your connecting flights to your final destination.
